Industrial Maintenance (Millwright) will assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment, boilers, facility equipment and vehicles. Work to minimize unplanned downtime, improve production quality, increase equipment efficiency, and maintain a clean and a safe work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Implement the facility's preventative maintenance program.Conduct scheduled inspections of fluid levels, and water flows, quench oils, filters, washer soap, and similar items; notify supervisor of issues as needed.Assist in equipment performance testing per company-wide and manufacturer’s guidelines.Perform corrective actions required for out-of-specification conditions as directed by the supervisor.Assist in analytical troubleshooting of issues to maintain equipment, facilities, and vehicles.Accurately record and document all completed maintenance, modifications, and repairsMaintain shop copies of manuals and blueprints in a neat and organized manner and provide others with updated information as required.Make suggestions for changes that would help the plant achieve improved efficiency, quality, and safety.Assist in maintaining the inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement parts. QUALIFICATIONS:Education – College or technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred; High school diploma or equivalent plus 3+ years industrial maintenance experience required.Must possess troubleshooting skills with mechanical equipment and be analytical.May be required to work overtime or any shift and including weekends.Must be able to read, write and communicate the English language.Hands-on experience with computer applications including Microsoft Office and databases preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to work at elevated heights and in confined spaces.Ability to bend, pull, stoop, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and reach to perform functions.Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.May be exposed to heat, fumes, noise, and humidity, etc.
Deburr/Hand Finisher

2nd Shift 3pm - 12amIndustry: Aerospace
Deburr Hand Finisher Performs hand finishing techniques and or de-burring to smooth and blend rough components into finished products. Reads, interprets and follows blueprints, sketches & product/engineering specifications. This position requires familiarity with de-burring close tolerances, aerospace parts and experience with inspection methods and techniques. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures and certify/test products.
Responsibilities• Deburr aircraft gears and complex housings in addition to sand blasting, heat treat preparation, and visual inspection of assignments.• Operation of machinery for manual edge break of sharp corners.• Utilization of air tools with proper burr bits to produce compliant edge breaks.• Use of hand-held tools such as files, scrapers, buffer, wire brushes, grit paper, among others. • Maintain clean working environment.• Completion of required paperwork allowing for traceability of product build.
Qualifications • Highschool diploma or GED equivalent • Previous experience deburring of aircraft gears and housings preferred.• Ability to understand process sketches and drawings along with selection of abrasives to ensure design intent is achieved.• Ability to complete fine finish work using bore scopes and magnification devices.• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods preferred.• Ability to read blueprints.• Strong attention to detail.
Assembly Technician

Position: ASSEMBLY TECHINICIAN
Location: Park City, UTHourly: 19 – 29/hr. (DOE)

Requirements: 3-5yrs. exp., identify parts, assembly drawings, adjusting and inspection. Disassembly, repair, and reassembly of returned or salvaged units. Assist in set-up of equipment. Usage of various light machines and tools such as spot welder, drill press, arbor press, oven, air and hydraulic presses and simple die sets, riveting machines as well as hand tools. IPC-J-STD-001 Certification preferred but 3yrs hands on exp. Must have PCB, PCBA and Electromechanical assembly processes.
Responsibilities• Work from assembly drawings, identify parts, and predetermined assembly sequence documentation• Perform assembly, fitting, filing, reaming, riveting, crimping, swarging, adjusting and inspection• Disassembly, repair, and reassembly of returned or salvaged units• Detect defective or incorrect parts and request replacements• Assist in Set-Up of Equipment• Use a variety of light machines and tools such as spot welder, drill press, arbor press, oven, air and hydraulic presses and simple die sets, riveting machine as well as hand tools.• Use simple measuring gauges, scales, calipers, dial indicator, universal load testing fixture.• Report all unusual conditions to the Production Tech and/or Supervisor• Participate as a team member and work to continually improve all aspects of our business• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and work instructions
